Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be terminated.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate and complete personal information at the time of registration. tj99 may initiate an identity verification (KYC) process at any time. Failure to submit requested documents in a timely manner may result in temporary suspension of the account.
Account and Financial Transactions
3 Account Management
3.1 Password Security
You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Keep your login credentials (username and password) secure and do not share them with any third party. You will be personally responsible for any unauthorised activity carried out through your account.
3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited
Your tj99 account is strictly personal. It may not be transferred, sold, or rented to anyone else. If any attempt to transfer an account to another person is detected, the accounts of both parties will be closed.
3.3 Closing Your Account
You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support. It is your responsibility to withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account. Any unused bonuses on a closed account will be automatically cancelled.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on tj99 is ৳300. We accept the following payment methods:

Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. tj99 reserves the right to complete identity verification before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your deposit.
4.3 Transaction Verification
tj99 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction in cases of suspected fraud or suspicious activity. We are obliged to take necessary measures to prevent money laundering and other illegal financial activities.
Bonus and Gaming Rules
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible to receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The minimum deposit to receive this bonus is ৳300. A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. For example: if you receive a ৳3,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳60,000 (৳3,000 × 20) in bets before withdrawing. A specific time limit applies for completing the wagering requirement, which is stated separately for each offer.
5.3 Bonus Usage Terms
- Bonuses may only be usable on specific games.
- It may not be possible to claim multiple bonus offers at the same time.
- tj99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account will be terminated and the bonus forfeited.
